Pressure-sensitive range is reached in the curing process about 5-10 minutes after application. If adherends are put together during this time, they bind instantaneously as in the case of rubber contact adhesive and useful for temporary fixation. * in the case of 23℃
The flowability of the adhesive decreases in the pressure-sensitive adhesion stage.
Therefore, it is an important point to apply it to both sides of the adherend surfaces and do pressing after putting them together.
If you could have a longer pressing time, the interface of the adherends becomes more familiar with each other. Then the unevenness of the adhesive strength decreases.
